Terms and Conditions

  • By making a booking you agree to having read, understood and adhere to the terms and conditions of hire.
  • A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, and bookings will be confirmed via email once the deposit is received.
  • The final balance is due 4 weeks before date of hire. If the balance is not paid before this time, the hire will be cancelled. The hirer may choose to cancel up to 4 weeks before the hire date and receive a full refund (if paid) minus the $200 non-refundable deposit. Cancellation past this time forfeits the entire amount payable.
  • A quote from Noosa Woody Hire is valid for 7 days.
  • Our preferred method of payment is by direct deposit into our account or bank transfer, please contact us for bank details. Your surname and date of hire are required in the notes section for each payment made to ensure continuity.
  • No smoking, eating or drinking permitted inside the vehicle.
  • Any persons deemed intoxicated will not be permitted in the vehicle. The driver may terminate the journey at any point without refund if passenger behaviour is illegal, inappropriate, offensive or aggressive. Passengers are to adhere to the drivers requests at all times.
  • Any damage to the vehicle (including the inside and contents of the vehicle) by the hiring party or excess cleaning required due to misuse of the vehicle will be charged to the hiring customer.
  • Credit card details will be taken at time of booking, stored securely and only used in the case of damage, excess cleaning or unpaid overtime costs.
  • No responsibility is taken for items left in the vehicle.
  • In the unlikely event of a mechanical problem or breakdown, Noosa Woody Hire reserves the right to offer the next best substitute vehicle or a full refund will be given.
  • The hirer is responsible for ensuring all passengers are aware of the terms and conditions of hire.
